Terms and Conditions
The upgrade deal is to replace your existing Tv Aerial with New Digital Type aerial.
The deal assumes you have an existing Analogue Tv aerial that is to be replaced using the existing cables and bracketry.
The price advertised does not include any extra works that may be needed to install your new aerial.
Any additional work will be chargeable on the day of installation.
The engineer will discuss any potential work needed to guarantee the best signal.
We cannot guarantee existing equipment against future damage.
Any additional work will be discussed and agreed before any work is carried out.
The engineer does not have the facility to accept card payments for any additional works and must be paid in cash on the day.
All additional charges are separate from any Voucher prices

NEW INSTALLATIONS
If you have bought the upgrade deal in error or would like another service, you can use any vouchers as part payment towards any NEW installation at the full face value (£59.99). Minimum order value £249.99.
COVERAGE AREA
Please note we are not a national company and unfortunately are unable to cover all areas. We are based in Stoke on Trent and cover approximately 100 miles radius.
If you are unsure of whether we cover your area please feel free to contact us first before purchasing the deal as out of area vouchers will incur a surcharge.
OTHER
If we attend your property and can not install due to reasons beyond our control then we reserve the right to claim any voucher/s and any re visit may incur a further charge (currently £39.99)
If you require extra rooms sometimes it may be necessary to install an amplifier either loft / mast head or upgrade the aerial to cope with the required signal. If a new upgraded aerial is required it may also be necessary to replace the existing bracketry.
